A XenBridge device serves as a bridge between your home Wi-Fi router and your XenLock (LK310). So, in addition to receiving Wi-Fi signals properly, the XenBridge device must be plugged into a power outlet within the effective Bluetooth distance (15 feet / 4.5 meters) to XenLock.
A XenBridge device supports 100 to 240 volts.
A XenBridge device supports North American plug and plug types for other countries/regions. For details, check with our sales team.

No. After you have successfully set up your XenBridge (including Wi-Fi connection), you can control your XenBridge by using your mobile device that has an internet connection.
